FAQ's for Sandbox Party Packages:
 

• - Can I have a mini celebration in the common area?

  • We do not allow impromptu birthday celebrations in the shared sitting area. If you would like to celebrate at The Sandbox, we recommend booking one of our party packages. This ensures that your child's special day will be celebrated properly.

• - When do I need to confirm the number of guests for my party?

  • Our team will reach out to you during the week leading up to your party to coordinate and confirm the headcount. You can also update us on any changes on the day of the party.

• - What is your cancellation policy for birthday parties?

  • If you need to cancel your party, please let us know at least 6 weeks in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made within 2-6 weeks will receive a 50% refund, while parties canceled within 2 weeks of the event date will not receive a refund.

• - What happens if there is inclement weather on the day of my party?

  • If there is a Level 2 Road Emergency in place on the day of your party, we will offer a free reschedule to the next available date.

• - Do all children attending the party need waivers signed?

  • Yes, every child needs a waiver signed by their legal guardian before participating in activities at The Sandbox. We recommend having guests sign waivers ahead of time through our website.

• - What is included in your construction-themed birthday package?

  • Our package includes admission for 10 children (additional children can be added for an extra fee), access to a private party room with a sandbox, themed decorations, juice boxes, construction hats, and truck sticker sheets. More details can be found on our website.

• - Are we allowed to bring our own food and drinks?

  • Yes, guests are welcome to bring their own food and drinks for the party. We have a prep area and refrigerator available for use. Alcoholic beverages are prohibited and all food and drink must be removed from the reserved area by the end of the party.

• - Can we decorate for my child's birthday party?

  • Outside decorations must be approved in advance. Balloons are allowed but please do not attach anything to the walls.

• - How long do birthday parties last at The Sandbox?

  • Parties last for 2 hours.

• - How big is your party room?

  • Our room can accommodate small to medium sized parties with up to 24 people. It includes a countertop prep area, refrigerator, and a private sandbox for the kids to play in.
